Preparing for Christmas with a 24-day introduction to Tea — Day 5/6/7

My path to becoming a bit more healthy in the next 24 days. — My initial thoughts on journaling.

Perhaps I should rename this post on how to shrink 3 days into 1 and make it a productivity article. In a way is what I am doing. It is impossible to gain what you can gain doing sports in three days to one day, or eating healthy one day, against 3 days.

I was not able to write these days, and in part is because it is the hard part about this task of writing every day for 24 days.

I simplify this time the habits. Ones are good, and zeroes are not good.

Run [ 0 0 0 ]. This is not an excuse because I could have gone to the gym, but seriously! it has been -20 degrees Celsius outside for the last 3 days, and I really like to run outside. I gotta go to the gym first thing tomorrow morning because I don’t feel like running outside. I really need to write something about running at minus degrees, which in my experience, is amazing and special. But well, when it is -20, perhaps less pleasant, but -15 is okay!

Cook your own food [1 1 1]. I have succeeded a lot with this one. I have to say that I also saved quite some money and I feel a bit better. I also ate a lot more rice…
