Day 2. Notice the number!

The tea was great! Yet again. I am writing this on the morning of my third day. It was hard to find number 2! They are not in order.

Running. Check!

In my experience, if you start the day with a win, it is a great start. By far, the easiest way to begin winning is to wake up soon and go for a run. Nothing can beat that, and still, why don’t I do that every day? To make it easier, I just made a 10-minute run, which is 1.3km more or less. Easy right? Well, it honestly depends where you are at in your running adventure. Again, the activity could be anything. I just chose running, because I love it.

Cook your own food. Check!!

Last night, I had a fantastic dinner with a friend. I finished strong just as I started the day.

I did not eat sweets. Check!

In nutrition, and sometimes with the human body, it is not so much about what you do, but especially about what you don’t do. That is WAY more important than anything else.
