Starting of my catastrophic run

I think we all have key symptoms when something is not going right. Mine look like these:

  • I sleep worse.
  • I am having a lot of dreams, like if my subconscious is trying to process something.
  • I lose things.
  • My kitchen starts to be messier; this happens less and less nowadays, due to good habits.

So what happened today? I decided to take 30 minutes break and run 1.3 kilometres, which takes very little time, but it does help a bit to clear your mind.

I lost my glasses!

How? Since I was wearing a mask because it was cold, I took them off and put them in my hand. I thought! Well, I cannot drop them from here, I will notice. The thing is that I did not. But how is it possible?

Loss of focus. My mind this morning was out of focus. I was distracted. In sports, like in everything else, one of the things you train is focus. When you are out of focus, you make mistakes, you get injured, you take wrong decisions.

My symptoms tell me that something keeps me out of focus or that I am not making enough effort to focus.
